From November 14, 2022, the applications for obtaining and terminating citizenship of RA, obtaining  the passport of RA for the first time, as well as preliminary examination of documents and consulation for obtaining citizenship of RA, will be carried out by electronic queuing.

It’s important to inform that from November 14-18 parallely electronic queuing will be possible to receive coupons from the queue-regulating equipment /with a ratio of 50 %/, and from November 21 citizens will be served only by the procedure of electronic queuing.

Its possible to chek-in online via e-request  platform.

We also inform you that every applicant must fill her/his personal data /except from  actions of preliminary examination of documents and consulation/

The applicants who have been checked in other personal data will not be served.
