Division of visas and foreign citizens registration

1. issues entry visas to the Republic of Armenia, residence status, as well as extends the term of the validity of residence status,

2. foreign citizens’ invitations confirmation and registration,

3. conducts investigation of cases on administrative offenses in connection with the violation of the requirements of the RA Law on Foreigners, imposes administrative penalties,

4. initiates a case on deportation of a foreigner and submits to the court,

5. other functions defined by the RA legislation.
