From November 14, 2022  an electronic queuing system was implemented in the citizenship division of Passport and Visas department for applications on obtaining and terminating citizenship of RA, obtaining the passport of RA for the first time, as well as consultation concerning to these issues.

Its approximately 10 days that citizens are served via electronic queuing and the experiences show that the quality of service provided has essentially improved, as there are no queues in the department, each citizen comes to the Passport and Visas department the exact day and time of his/her visit.

This system also helps citizens not to wait outside the building for a long time /3-4 hours/ in the cold weather conditions in order to be served immediately the working day begins. Moreover, the part of the citizens couldn’t get queuing coupon after waiting for a long time in the queue. That brings lots of dissatisfaction of people.

The fact that electronic queuing system has essentially improved the quality of giving services to citizens, so currently works are carried out to have such kind of implementation in the passport division of Passport and Visas department and territorial passport services / Yerevan and regional departments/ of Passport and Visas department.

Notification. For applications on obtaining and terminating citizenship of RA, obtaining the passport of RA for the first time, as well as consultation concerning to these issues it’s necessary to be checked in via e-request.am platform by booking a visit to Passport and Visas department.

Every applicant must fill her/his personal data. The applicants who have been checked in other personal data will not be served․
